Publix steps up to assist in the midst of Hurricane Irma

The Sun City Center Emergency Squad would like to express their profound appreciation of Publix Supermarkets, in particular, the Publix located in Ruskin, for donating all of the bakery and deli items to the Emergency Squad in the wake of Hurricane Irma on September 10, 2017.

The Squad subsequently distributed some of the food items to South Bay Hospital and Hillsborough Fire and Rescue 28.  Pictured here receiving a plaque of commendation with Chief Mike Bardell of the Emergency Squad are Store Manager, John McGough; Customer Service Manager, Bobby Martin; Asst.
